I actually considered moving to NC(Charlotte), but whatever you guys think of NC as a whole, Oklahoma is way worse. I hate to go in on my home state, but it's the God honest truth. Black Oklahoma is LOST. OK is like Mississippi with a lower black population.

Don't let these coli nikkas fool you. Charlotte is a great city for black folks. Lots of really progressive black people here that are about their business and their people. If you're black and you about your business then Charlotte is the promised land.

I pointed out that Charlotte is different than the rest of NC. All the other stuff I think is on point based on what I have seen myself and it lines up with accounts from my familiy and relatives that had lived in or still live in NC.

I can relate, but on a different plane... It has only been since the Thunder arrived in OKC that young black people are willing to stay in-state. Most HS & college grads move away... most to Texas (DFW)

I like ATL, but it's way too crowded.... the social and economic infastructure for blacks is strong too... I've heard about Charlotte coming up.... I'm torn as to where I wanna go. I have fam everywhere, but there.... Texas seems a logical jump being from OK, but I'm intrigued with Charlotte

I've lived lots of different places and Charlotte is the only city that I can say I've ever loved. The city and the (black) business class have been a god sent. I moved here six years ago and haven't looked back since. Charlotte is wide open for those that are enterprising.

I've been in NC for 15 years. I done seen with my own two eyes Durham nikkas shut shyt down. Whether it's acting a fool at a night club, or Merking NY nikkas who came down and tried to disrespect their money, to the Jamaicans that tried to strong arm the dope game back in 2001. Don't know how true it is, but I saw somewhere that Comanche Co. has the largest black population in the state... and all they care about is what's happening on weekends. I'm scared to open a business because the support for black businesses is minimal and nobody has paper like that to get one off the ground in the first place.

What's going on in Tulsa? The statue of limitations passed on that and everyone that was alive is gone... No thanks to Obama... Could have done something in his first term, but chose to let it die because he don't wanna die... not for black America.

I played college ball with some guys from Lawton. They didn't have much good to say about it; never been myself though. Tulsa is alright though. Segregated as hell, but I assume that's every major city. Folks put on a good front about race relations but every now and then they'll say some slick stuff to show their true colors.
