Whatever the reason is when the milk you find in America isn't refrigerated they call it "organic" and they make people feel as tho it's something exclusive and charge extra for.. Here in Europe ALL of the milk is "organic " and costs the normal price of what milk is supposed to cost.

And yes this milk that has been pasteurized longed tasted much better than the milk in the U.S..And I ca drink it everyday without worrying about it blowing my guts up...

This whole propaganda about how "black people are lactos intolerant... " and how you become lactos intolerant at a certain age "

Is all a bunch of bullshyt.. I'm on L.I with I'm in the U.S. because the milk there is filled with a bunch of chemicals and hormones known as GMO

Milk that isn't refrigerated isn't label organic it's either labeled pasteurized or shelf stable

Organic is used to refer to milk from cows raised on natural diets

You got used to the taste of the milk from Europe which is why you prefer it but it definetly does not have a more milk taste

Lactose intolerance isn't some conspiracy shyts it's a scientific term and it refers to a situation where your body is unable to process the sugar found in dairy

I dropped milk/dairy a year or so ago. Humans are the only mammals who drink milk post infancy not to mention we drink a next animal's milk :scust: It's not natural, use organic almond/soya if you must.

From stats I've seen the only people that can properly digest milk are white people. Here is a map of countries by populations with lactose intolerance.

*ALL* cow's milk (regular and 'organic') has 59 active hormones, scores of allergens, fat and cholesterol.

Most cow's milk has measurable quantities of herbicides, pesticides, dioxins (up to 200 times the safe levels), up to 52 powerful antibiotics (perhaps 53, with LS-50), blood, pus, feces, bacteria and viruses. (Cow's milk can have traces of anything the cow ate... including such things as radioactive fallout from nuke testing ... (the 50's strontium-90 problem).

CANCER FUEL

Of those 59 hormones one is a powerful GROWTH hormone called Insulin- like Growth Factor ONE (IGF-1). By a freak of nature it is identical in cows and humans. Consider this hormone to be a "fuel cell" for any cancer... (the medical world says IGF-1 is a key factor in the rapid growth and proliferation of breast, prostate and colon cancers, and we suspect that most likely it will be found to promote ALL cancers).

IGF-1 is a normal part of ALL milk... the newborn is SUPPOSED to grow quickly! What makes the 50% of obese American consumers think they need MORE growth? Consumers don't think anything about it because they do not have a clue to the problem... nor do most of our doctors.

(See http://www.notmilk.com/igf1time.txt for a time line)

QUANTITY

Each bite of hard cheese has TEN TIMES whatever was in that sip of milk... because it takes ten pounds of milk to make one pound of cheese. Each bite of ice cream has 12 times ... and every swipe of butter 21 times whatever is contained in the fat molecules in a sip of milk.
The Truth About Milk - Read
Wtf this can't be real, I read chit on the Internet and don't do my research but I usually believe most of it. Now Ima stop eating cheese and drinking milk because of this =/

And when you have a second today... Skim though this... about the BGH hormone US dairy vs European Dairy | Europe Forum | Fodor's Travel Talk Forums

And this skim through this about a first hand account on the differences in milks between the continents

US dairy vs European Dairy | Europe Forum | Fodor's Travel Talk Forums

If you haven't actually tasted the milks yourself then you have no idea what you are talking about... Its not about getting "used to a taste" .. One tastes like shyt and the other doesn't.. and its really that simple .. I travel between the US and the Europe frequently enough to know

This map is completely wrong. Africans from the Sahel and East Africa grow on up drinking raw natural milk without any health issues.

The Fulani people that tend herds in West Africa seem to be able to digest it pretty well. That is a heavy part of their diet. I saw a video on them and I was blown away by how much milk they consumed.

Is raw milk easier to digest? I just read it has more probiotics but its illegal to distribute in the US.

The problem most times is the milk is pasturized and not RAW

It is DEAD

There are no enzymes alive to help you digest the proteins....

Lactose intolerance wasn't a thing before and Maasai people drink raw cow and goat's milk with no problems

Not suprised....when u think about it...it does seem odd why people especially adults drink cow's milk. I do love yogurt, and eat cheese in some foods once in a while....and don't like coffee unless it has some cream in it. Also with the way food is processed nowadays...I'm sure milk from cows isn't the safest or best thing for ur body to process.

Almond milk is pretty good and probably a better alternative. I've heard soy milk has lots of estrogen in it and if women drink it while pregnant...kids particularly boys can turn out too feminine or gay.
