White christian nationalist (aka white supremacist) Jeff Sessions using the bible to justify taking children from their families at the border.
This is nothing new in the American lexicon. Trump and Company are just accelerating the process. Separating children from their families is as American as apple pie. Ask African Americans, Native Americans, and the Japanese.
It's all about whitening america through aggressive policymaking such and deportation and mass incarceration.

I'm not so sure, but I'm curious to see if this hurts his numbers any. Most Republicans are fine with kids being separated from their parents - Big majority disapprove of separating families at border - CNNPolitics
Everybody else is disgusted of course, but when has Trump ever cared about what non-Republicans think?

according to the numbers I posted above, his policy is under water with independents (27-68) and all white people (33-61). those numbers aren't good for republicans in his party concerned about their elections in a few months. i'm sure they're giving Trump an ear full.
