They have been prepping us all season for a gut punch with the push-pull of innie and outie wants and desires and sacrifices.
Irving gave up on Burt and stayed for Dylan.
Helly went to the severed floor to steal Helly’s love.

Damn, just finished watching the finale 
From the moment that Mark went back to Lumon to the closing shots was great tension. From Gemma is alive to Gemma gaining her freedom

I'm not sure about the Helly/Helena thing either, could see it being either way. Not easy to walk away from the only person you have ever loved

Mark Scout aint gonna get the chance to make that decision cuz Mark S ain't leaving. Not only did he choose to stay...that nikka killed an Eagan and heoemknowit. He probably gets banished to the testing floor. Milchek probably gets fired over this shyt...maybe he gets transferred...maybe Burt, or whoever the current Lumon Enforcer is, drops him off at a "train station". That would give them an excuse to bring back Kobel perhaps...which opens up all kind of doors. Gemma don't really know what happened on the testing floor with her 24 innies. She gonna try reintegrating for sure. Trauma. Season 3 bout to be wild.

Man my mind is racing! I’m seeing much less dislike of this finale than I thought.
Theory on how to do a season 3
Continuing the corporate angle.
Jame gives his daughter Helly the severed floor since she showed qualities of Kier. Mark becomes her “Ms Huang.”
He never leaves the severed floor so we finally get to see more of Petey’s map.
Dylan is leader of a new team but still hangs with Mark and Helly obviously.
Mark and Helly try to do things differently, the new management angle, but see themselves slipping into the old Cobell and Milichick habits.
Milchick’s actor is the fan favorite so they will have to bring him back even unrealistically so he probably takes Drummond’s spot keeping an eye on Gemma and Devon.
Season 3 definitely should be the last

I liked the episode. I feel for Gemma. Finally gave us some answers but not enough for me to be satisfied tbh. Innie Mark really doesn’t give an eff about outtie Mark. Outtie Mark doesn’t consider Innie Mark as a real thing.
Running cause he might be late to marshal the Choreography and Merriment band and miss his costume change
Also reminded me of Chris in P&R running
