The problem is poverty, and education......The sub culture of pimping/stripping plays a major part too, and the base causes are poverty and education. This is seen increasingly as an acceptable way to make a living, in places where I grew up, and similar ones all over the US. Like, my old neighborhood is a flash point in the city for sex trafficking, girls being recruited and offering themselves in middle school. What a lot of people see is this gets in women, and men young, and honestly, music and the glamorization is a real issue. It is the new drug game out here, people do it with no shame, or sense of WHO they are exploiting, it is not rich white women, it is usually poor minorities, and minors.

I don't envy them. I'm sure it's not as easy a job as people like to think. Physical and legal dangers abound and pay is probably inconsistent for the majority of sex workers. With that said, I doubt they're going to guilt their tricks into paying higher prices. I imagine it's similar to Uber/Lyft. It looks easy and is simple enough to get into but it's not really a viable profession for most.
