Crazy thing is Paul George is literally responsible for Indy and OKC being this good

The Indiana Pacers traded Paul George to OKC for Oladipo and Sabonis. Sabonis developed as a player and then they traded him for Tyrese Haliburton. The Thunder meanwhile traded Paul George for SGA and 7 picks/swaps, one of which turned into Jalen Williams.

:heh:

Trade Paul George brehs

Not surprising we already know Kevin Durant is on the move and Boston is about to break up some of their team.

We already know about the situation with Giannis and Ja Morant.

This doesn’t even include the possibility of Zion Williamson and Cam Johnson being traded.

What's the situation with Ja Morant :what:

Agreed

Shams sounding like a dude that depends on hype for his career trying to drum some up.

there's no way the biggest free agent summer comes after the implementation of the second apron...

The league low key fukked themselves with that because most NBA hype comes from player movement or POSSIBLE player movement nowadays...

Wouldn't be surprised if this ends up being the situation

The issue with KD is that you are either trading him for a younger star making the same money (why?) or a bunch of young cheap pieces destroying the depth. Also you got 3 teams in 6 years that he has lost his smile with and either left or forced his way out and he aint won shyt in that time. Only team that would make sense is the Spurs using cap space...but why do that when you can get Giannis?

Shams is shamming. Not many teams have cap space to make moves.
This. Teams are limited in what they can do by the aprons as well.

Don’t think KD would cost nearly as much in a trade as Giannis. Plus imo Durant is an easier fit.

PHX would probably keep Durant if they could, but they’re stuck with no avenues to get better

Isn’t Harper a PG? What will they do about De’Arron Fox? They literally just traded for him. It’s not like Fox is some older player. He’s only 27. If they keep Fox, is their #2 pick supposed to just sit on the bench?
I think Harper is more of a combo/2 guard and Castle would probably be the point guard going forward if they were to get rid of Fox. But Castle and or Harper could get away with playing the 3 with both being around 6'5-6'6 ish. They can potentially use Vassell and or one of the others as trade bait. Even knowing they would get the number 2 pick I think they still would have traded for Fox being that they gave up so little.

while I agree that teams r gonna strapped.. I still think there will be movement because teams r gon offload players for pennies on the dollar to get under that 2nd apron... if a team decides to spend they mind end up better than everyone else.

Crazier than the Heatles decision?

Crazier than Kawhi and Paul George?
I don’t think anything will match the craziness of that. We’ve been desensitized by something of that magnitude. But I still think we could see more stars being moved than in recent memory with the amount of teams currently at a crossroads.

He'll come off the bench just like Stephon Castle did. Fox ain't going nowhere

Besides if CP3 leaves that frees up more minutes anyway
