Shannon and Sterling are the definition of elite genetics.
Shoot, sterling would be in the HOF just like Shannon if he didn't get injured

No. They were extremely hard workers who were determined to be the best at their craft.
Effort and determination are why they succeeded not genetics. We all have the same genes more or less. The things that separate us are what we do with them.
They bout to come for youElite genetics + clean eating + 35 years of working out + TRT for the last 15 years. Not to mention the residual benefits of the AS he was likely taking during his NFL career.
Lazy folks mindset.
I was skinny fat and fat for most of my entire life. A few years ago I actually decided to apply myself by training and eating right. I'm now on the verge of having a fitness model/pro bodybuilder physique. All natural by the way. I know from experience that your genetics are what you do with them. 3 years ago most would say I had bad genetics. Today most would say I have great genetics. So which is it? All the successful people have great genetics and all the losers have bad genetics? Or maybe the successful people put in work the unsuccessful were unwilling to do. We are all a product of the work we put in. PERIOD.
If you lived with Shannon and Sterling and had their work ethic and determination, you would probably have made it to the NFL as well.
LIKE IS SAID....
YOURE TALKING SOME SIMPLE MINDED
BODY BUILDING shyt WHEN
IN REALITY YOUR ATHLETICISM SUCKS
REGARDLESS OF WHAT YOUR PHYSIQUE LOOKS LIKE.
YOUVE NEVER DUNKED A BASKETBALL
IN YOUR LIFE.
Because that's not what I focused on. If I did I probably could.
