I gave it a 2nd listen, and it sounded like he was trying to say "people say, what about black on black crime" and caught himself knowing it would look like a direct shot at stephen a, then went on to comment Michael Eric Dyson on the remedies. In context he was still saying can't run to that when talking about police misconduct.
