I dont get why its acceptable to have it where 2 great players cant win and needs to be broken up... but everybody else NEEDS 3 players to win it all..

again, get them Westbrook and Durant their 3rd mufukka and then come back to this topic. I dont care what the offense looked like without Westbrook in.. At the end of the day, they were not a threat to win it all by Westbrook not being there. Y'all let these fukk boy commentators cloud the big picture.

them dudes have championship talent over there, if anything u should be questioning their heart...

No we watched the games and say the thunder win like 16 games in a row when Westbrook went down, fukk the commentators.

It's not about just 2 great players needing to be broken up, what the casual fans don't understand is it takes more than just talent to win in the nba. Westbrook is a talented muthafukka, arguably top 3 in the league at this point but it also take cohesiveness and players that compliment each other to win in the nba. While Westbrook is great his over aggressiveness is limiting who is probably at this point the best player in the league kevin durant. Durant can't play at his full potential with Westbrook because durant next evolution is being a great play maker which was proven when Westbrook went down. Trade Westbrook for say a Demarcus cousins and the thunder would be easy nba champs.

he's limiting Durant? so instead of taking 30 shots, Durant should be taking 45? please explain the limiting? are y'all serious. Dude leads the league in freaking scoring. last I checked. Westbrook didnt have the ball against San Antonio in the final seconds losing the ball on a last second shot attempt

Why are you acting as if they got better after he went down? If i remember right they were like 23-4 and had the best record in the west.

They did have a great record before Westbrook went down but It was a lil more than a record thing. They showed flashes of what they could become. The durant and ibaka pick and roll was unstoppable and durant shows flashes of being maybe the most versatile player ever(might be reaching with this lol) but he was that good during that stretch. I can't remember the point differences or nothing but I remember durant having some very monster games in every facet and them blowing teams out the water, I think even San Antonio. When Westbrook came back they went back to being stagnant and durant took a step back as the season went on.

Again a casual fan answer. He's limiting durant from getting everyone else involved. Durant is gonna get his shots No Matter What but he was setting up everyone on the team when the offense was just running thru him. Surge was looking like a beast, Reggie was balling, even perry jones and lamb were improving. That stopped once Westbrook came back.

Westbrook IS THEIR HEART

Nah. What needs to be question more is their leadership. Have you ever heard the saying that when you have two leaders you have none?? The team needs a clear cut direction of who the team should be ran thru and that answer is easily durant. Playing with durant makes the game a lot easier for Westbrook, he wouldn't be the same player without him.

Exactly regular season means nothing. Because they would not have gotten to the conference finals without Westbrook and his ability to create. shyt Lebron and Cleveland had the best record too and great teams in the regular season. Yet time and time again could not go far because Lebron was the only one on the team that could score or create. Get that third option or a big man and these kas win a ring. I would have packaged ibaka and harden for a older vet star PF. Then amnestied Perkins and got an athletic young center to hustle play and defense and catch the occasional oop. Then called it a day. If okc could get rid of ibaka and Perkins and pick up LA they would get a couple of rings.

Did you miss the previous post season when they RAN THROUGH Houston, and looked to clean sweep them..... Westbrook got injured and they lost two straight and then got bundled out in the next round by Memphis in 5 games?

Clippers had a better record when CP0 went down last season, but you don't see former players and 'analysts' questioning whether CP0 needs to stop hogging the ball or stepping back do you?

But besides a real big man their other issue is that empty suit on the bench that is just as bad as a coach as that lame spolstra. But Okc ain't got a SF who can guard 5 positions and play PG, SG, SF and PF to cover up for a lame coach like Miami had.

again its not about the record more so HOW they played. Any one who actually watched the games can tell you that they found something during that stretch and that is durant can be an elite playmaker in this league. The clippers had a better record but never looked better without cp3.

and no i didn't forget west brooks initial injury in t the playoffs against Houston, any team suddenly lose an all star in the playoffs will suffer, i.e. Surge ibaka this year for them
