Yes he has. Multiple times complaining about his style and shooting and not passing to him, etc. More personal fo sho, but yes he has shyt on Kobe's game.
Kobe knows he's a gunner. That ain't a diss. Like the Gobert take its the truth. What I meant was more disrespectful shyt like saying Kobe ain't as good as his other sidekicks (i.e. Penny or D-Wade). Or saying his peers around that time like T-Mac were better. Shaq never disrespected Kobe's place in the game. Even at the height of their beef. Shaq never once said he was the main reason they won 3 in a row. He always knew how great Kobe was even as the media tried to discount it.
After Kobe passed him in Lakerdom, of course he's gonna call Kobe the greatest laker ever. He had no choice at that point.![]()
But he didn't need to go on First Take or Dan Patrick's Show and unprompted ask why they were leaving Kobe out of the GOAT debate.
mad that he didn't tell hiim Riley was trading him![]()
Shaq is actually pretty simple to understand. He respects other killers but will pick on the weak. So while he will diss the likes of Rudy Gobert, he won't diss someone like LeBron. He's also extremely petty. So if like Kobe you don't wanna be his little brother he'll go crazy over that. Or in this case catch feelings cause D-Wade is closer to the power brokers than he was at an advanced age. BTW I don't consider this thing between him and Wade to be disrespect.
