Where is the limit? Once a week? Once a month? Either way, it's disgusting for your mind, spirit and body. I'm not trying to be extreme about healthy living but if chocolate bars give you sanity then you're not winning.

Has anyone ever had soy or coconut milk based yogurt? I can't eat reg yogurt and was wondering if the alternative tastes similar and if it has the same nutritional value.

My point was if you're already in a pretty good shape. Satisfying that craving won't have a negative affect

No one is going to eat a snickers and have fukking nervous breakdown

And if you're eating healthy and not working out you're wasting your time
