These flavored coconut water are actually nasty but I quoted this just to say I drink plain coconut water alot. I buy it from Whole Foods where they have different brands. The one I find that taste like fresh coconut water is this one...100% raw :mjpls: just the way I like it

Brooklyn!!!!!
I have to have my reese cups or double stuffed oreos. Only in moderation tho.

Anyway, as for healthy stuff, I like nuts:shaq: Cashews and Pistachios to be exact.

Or half an avocado sprinkled with a lil salt and pep, drizzled with balsamic vinegarette. Or a caprese salad. Or any variety of flavored greek yogurt.

That does look good but I hope your wifey doesn't drink that when she's pregnant. Is she still pregnant or...?

TBH I've only tried that one I posted once, it was :lawd:. Tasted like a less-sweet pineapple juice.

Two big ass grilled salmon fillets on a bed of cauliflowers, carrots, cabbage , broccoli and squash with an extra small styrofoam container of broccoli and some butter lemon herb sauce...

1.) G & D Seafood>>>>

GOAT seafood spot on St. Thomas

2.) My personal Mahi/Tuna Steak grilled with a personal spice and garlic power blend in some Garlic Virgin Olive Oil and mixed into some wild rice that I boiled a little butter into...then I take some carrots and saute them after boiling them in the oil and spice mix in the pan and throw all three (carrots, tuna steak and rice in a bowl mix :ohlawd:) Matter of fact imma make this for @Phoenix_Knightly23 tonight.

3.) 2 scoops Platinum Optimum Nutrition Cookies n' Cream Whey with a cup of 2% milk

4.) A small container of strawberries and cold ass water freshly bought the day they arrived at the local gallery...I can easily eat like 30 of them shyts straight...

5.) Double grilled chicken with bell peppers, lettuce, tomato, walnuts and a little honey mustard dressing

oh shyt I'm hungry now :birdman:

That sounds so good right now...throw in some avocado slices while you're at it :noah:

Myself. fukk 12(1)!
Avocados are

I like pretty much every other fruit/vegetable I've tried.

Almonds/piffstachios are always a good choice.

Greek yogurt is good w/fresh fruit.

I also bake healthy muffins that I eat for breakfast or as a snack when I'm craving something sweet...no sugar or milk...make them with bananas and or blueberries or peanut butter, raisins or walnuts (sometimes I'll throw in some chocolate chips).

Love Kale! I pretty much make this every day for work - kale with honey (instead of dressing), beets, sunflower seeds and dried cranberries.
