40 years of history and your team picked up and moved would make almost anyone salty.

I'm a Blazer fan living in Seattle, but I've been robbed of being able to watch the NBA where I live. Even I'm salty.

Seattle deserves a team and if it wasn't for David Stern, Clay Bennett, Howard Schultz, and the government here the Sonics would still be here. The fans always supported the team. Yes, attendance was down, but very few teams have consistent attendance when your team is tanking on purpose and the owner is being shady.

No offense New Orleans and OKC, I'm sure you got plenty great fans, but there is NO fukkING REASON that cities and media markets your size get a team while Seattle does not. Coli, let's find them fukking dragon balls and wish for the sonics to come back already. It seems that's what it'll take at this point, and those fans deserve their basketball team back.

They left because nobody went to the damn games and the team wanted a new stadium. Why come after new Orleans or okc, when other small market teams like Utah, Indiana, Minnesota, or even Memphis exist. Seattle has MLB and NFL. What makes them deserve another sports team? Just because they are a big city? Teams can survive in small markets. You have teams like the knicks barely hanging on and does LA really need two teams?
