People calling her lazy and soft for realizing that people shouldn’t be working all damn day from 9-5. Life shouldn’t be just working for another MF all day everyday and never having time to do anything for yourself. That’s how these corporations want it though so we can be slaves for them while never having enough energy to do anything else, but work for them and you stupid MF are blaming her for being “lazy” I swear these billionaires done brainwashed the shyt out of y’all
Facts.
It's been proven time and time again the mass majority don't need to work 40 hours/week nor to be in the office.
Yet here we are, en masse because that's the culture.
It's like we can't understand the simple concept:
Let the people who want to work remote work remote and let people who want to go to the office go to the office.
There's no sense mixing the two crowds.
How about making the office space "first come first serve" - if you want to show up you can, if not you can stay at home. Let the employee decide if they want to commute and see people that day.
I just don't understand the one-size-fits-all, no nuance bullshyt. That just ain't how people work best (no pun intended).
