i was cool with coming to a civil agreement outside of court. But when she walk in the house today, after not coming home the night before (at a motel). I told her to be out by the 16th, then she started mocking me like a fukking kid talking about she scared. I'm like you ain't gotta be scared, but you need to gtfo. Then that's when she hit me with her getting me on child support. She said it was already in the works.

So I rather have full custody and putting her on child support doesn't really matter to me. But we definitely done.

I'll try to spare most of the stuff but basically I this girl who in hindsight didn't want to be saved 3 years ago. She was married and had 3 kids (6,5 and 4) with this dude (I don't even think they are divorced now, maybe separated?). They was also homeless on/off and as a result, she only has custody of one. (That I took care of ). The other kid stays with her own father (who she pays child support to) and the third stays with the dad's family out of state.

Fast forward, we have a kid who just turned one and I love him dearly. (He's is mine, paternity test ). I love my kid.

I purchased a house, everything is in my name so no worries there. I am a good guy, never been in trouble with the law, I grew up with both parents so I value family and I don't do drugs . When folks found out we were together they were like (You can do MUCH better) because they knew....they knew

The problem I have with her is that she goes out way to much for someone with young kids, let alone for someone in the relationship. I've seen red flags EVERYWHERE but went and ignored em. I'm sure she fukkin with other dudes.

Last month I exposed her ass to her mom because i had a feeling she had been lying to her mom about me. If folks going to put my business out there I want to make sure they know both parts of the story. Anyway she said we were done and she's moving out, cool.

Anyway 98% in this house is hers, which I don't give a fukk. It's all materials that I can buy back. They're apartment-grade anyway.

So right now I been telling her ass to pack and get the fukk out. But because her credit is so shytty and she has an eviction on her record she find shyt let alone afford it. So I'm finally giving her an date when I want her shyt out by but she want to hit me with the (, you gotta give me 30 days). She aint come home last night so I'm sure she was getting dugged out. Which, I don't care if she did since we not together, but get the fukk out first before you resume that hoe'in shyt. The sheer disrespect.

She basically used me as a stepping stone for stability because she thought it was going to help her get her kids back.

If she wanna get the court involved. I want full custody and I couldn't care less about getting her for child support. I make enough to support me and my kid.

She has 3 kids from a prior marriage. As long as i've known her she has full custody of one. Her father has full custody of the other and she's paying him child support. and the third, her ex's family has custody.

What are the odds of me losing, considering she has a record already?
