A long time ago I worked as a supervisor at a security company our dress code was similar to hers except the top had to be dark blue. We had this new chick start 19 year old Colombian, body like this girl but slightly less thicker, fake blonde.

I had to let the chick go after a week all the older women kept kept spazzin out over here uniform, just like this one she would wear black leggings and XS polo, you've never seen a staff of friendlier male we employees

But this violates company policy. How did she violate policy? According to her, she got a verbal because of the actions of her coworkers. Not a customer complaint.

She clearly didn't violate a written rule or else she would've been written up. If she's able to gather proof, I'd go to HR and threaten a lawsuit. I'm in Jersey myself and I go to Costco every weekend, i literally see workers dress like this. The only difference is, most don't have ass.
