Interesting enough.....

Whites are the ones who cme up with the even if you're mixed, you're still black, one drop rule etc.

But yet, now we as Black ppl have adopted their logic on this.

Is it because we have low self esteem regarding representation? I dunno. But if someone is mixed, they shouldn't be forced to deny their nonBlack mother/father.

the one drop rule it not something we adopted.
We are the result of the one drop rule.

Just don’t cosplay when it suits your needs
And I saw a LOT of this when I lived there. They go to Stellenbosch and they're acting like the Euros and Boers. Go back to the townships and they take that "proper English" shyt out their voice

Someone gonna see these replies and still be like “these replies are why y’all need to travel”

I’m not in the claim everybody as black train. Those are the “my brother my brother” nikkas. I don’t get mad at Dominicans or anyone who wanna be who they wanna be.

Just don’t cosplay when it suits your needs

That golden advice applies to everybody breh

So do you believe we should not tell them their language and label of "coloured" sounds offensive? Im not even on some ADOS shyt btw. But i have a strong disdain for foreigners who want to follow and listen to the culture as long as its in the form of singing, rapping, dancing entertaining them. But soon as its time to be educated or made aware they dont wanna hear all that:whoa:

When in Rome…

She probably understands the US version this. I believe she was speaking in terms relative to her culture. Not ours. I get what she was saying though. I know African women in Africa and they don’t call themselves black. It’s tribal. They’ll say I’m a Luo Women or Zulu woman, etc. I’ve also been to Papua New Guinea and some of them call themselves black or Melanesian.

A zulu woman will still say she’s black. They just refer to their ethnicity/tribe first

Everyone is different. Personal preference. My experience has been tribe over everything Less focus on the “black” label.

I even know Europeans that won’t call themselves white. They’ll say “I’m Russian, German, Pawg etc.”
