If you eat 4K calories every day and then you eat 3k calories every day……YOU WILL LOSE WEIGHT. Not hard

This isn't true. You will more than likely still be consuming more calories than you burn in a day, especially if you're a woman. Cut that in half. 1500 calories a day or so. If you eat cleanly, it is easy. But the food will not necessarily taste good, of course.

Baby steps. This is a lifestyle change. The first week should be spent limiting bad choices.

No sugary drinks.
Water/seltzer only.
Walk a mile a day.
Learn to cook healthy food that TASTE good.

Get familiar with the frozen veggie aisle. Very cheap and versatile. A big lie people tell is healthy food is too expensive. Look for lean meats and good carbs.
