Telling others to read a book. Looks like you maybe should also read the article
I did, the article said you were wrong about her trespassing :russ:

Edit:
Elly was no longer in the area when the officer arrived. It does not appear from the report that officials are charging her with any crime.

So much for trespassing :dead:

She was gone by the time the police showed up. Hard to enforce trespassing if she finally left. It gets enforced when she goes back. Sounds like someone needs to brush up on some law

Once you are asked to leave private property and you refuse you are trespassing. It’s as simple as that. The word private means everything here. Her relationship with the business has ended and she was told she was no longer welcome on the property. Anything after that she is a trespasser

First it’s trespassing after you’re fired, then it’s trespassing only if you come back. :dead:

Then, based on the police report she wasn’t trespassing at all :russ:

Maybe read the definition of trespassing. Once asked to leave a private business and refusing you are actively trespassing. If you ultimately are not there once police arrive, a ticket will not be written for retroactive trespassing, as you have left the premises which was the goal from the start. Big W for her though for her future prospects. She’s got that guys approval for acting a complete fool, skating on a trespass, and this being the google search future for any Human Resources dept. came out way ahead

:russ: Man they went over the top for nothing, so unprofessional. I've seen people get fired for theft before and the boss couldn't wait to get the culprit out of there. It's either a simple get your things and :camby: or they catch you by surprise with a loss prevention person and (depending on how severe the situation) cops already on site when you're about to clock-in.

You just posted 2 contradicting definitions of trespassing and they were both wrong buddy :mjlol:

If she was there when police arrived they would have literally told them “give her her personal belongings so we can BOTH be on our way :dahell:

“Skating on a trespass” :dead:

Even if she was there when the cops showed up, they would've told them to give her stuff back so she can leave.
They’d have probably arrested her for assault if they showed up while she was actively fighting folks :heh: who we kidding

If that was the case they'd have charged her for that regardless. She doesn't have to be there to be charged for assault.

The point is that the management made the situation much worse than it already was because they wouldn't let her get her shyt after firing her.

Management might get fired for this.

Dude in the red had decent technique. Lower body drive and push as he move to second level…his initial punch leaves a bit to be desired, and a clear hold, almost tackle to the ground was not pretty and will need to be cleaned up at the next level…kept head on swivel and communicated well passing the defender in the combo block..shuffle was nice as he moved to protect the pocket…gave the QB tons of time to manuever in the pocket. Needs to work on discipline and hand placement. Will probably be kicked inside to Guard or possibly Center in the pros…

Overall grade: C-

NFL Comparison: dirt poor man’s La’eal Collins (if placed at G)

If they were preventing a further assault on a fellow employee in the back as reported, as well as defending themselves, I doubt dude will see any repercussions. Talk about an easy lawsuit
