Economics cannot be maintained when there's high crime in a particular area. Which means, if you expect there to be black businesses in predominantly black neighborhoods,there can't be crime committed by Pookie on a daily basis in that area because it's only going to affect those without an education.

However,if you have an education you will be able to either become gainfully employed or find your own way to make a legal living.

Unfortunately ,a good portion of black men do not grow up in households where their parents read to them and encourage them to write as a result,you have a situations where a large portion of black men are unemployable and do not know how to conduct themselves in a professional environment.

I think the Sheriff knows better and doesn't want to "out" himself on National TV. Everywhere you go CNN is on a TV or atleast one of them in the establishment. Which obviously includes places all across the State of Wisconsin.
