I’m convinced none of you actually played the OG games :stopitslime:
Shinobi
Shadow Dancer the Secret of Shinobi.
Shinobi III
Shinobi (PS2)
Nightshade
Shinobi 3DS

Shinobi III is probably my most played game. You sound like a jack ass. You're saying that it looks like Shinobi but it doesn't play like it. How does that make sense when the only thing we have to go by is looks? Dumb donkey.

Shinobi 3 (and all other 2d shinobi games)combat was mostly ranged combat with most enemies going down in one hit. That led to a unique flow, that most 2d action games do not match.

In this trailer we see very little ranged combat. Enemies with healthbars and melee combos. All things that are very much unlike the OG shinobi games. Game looks to play like most modern hack and slash games as opposed to the uniqueness of the og games.

You claim shinobi 3 is your most played game. The difference in the flow of gameplay was immediately glaringly noticeable to me.

You are probably just blinded by nostalgia and fandom of the game :manny:

Clown. When you run in that game and press B, what happens?

When you jump in the air and press down B, what happens?

When you press B close to an enemy what happens, and then what happens when you press B close to the enemy after receiving a power up?

You've been playing the game like a fukking scrub, which is why you cannot appreciate how the trailer shows an elevated level of fluidity to an action platformer.

Just shut the fukk up.

Why yall so upset?

nikkas crazy :mjlol:

The game clearly plays very different to OG shinobi.

It still looks good and will probably be good, but there’s no reason to get mad at me for noticing/commenting on the change in gameplay.

It said the dudes that made Streets of Rage 4 are doing it so a SOR styled game with ninjas is always going to sound dope to me.
