I don't think a single player on the Warriors outside of GPII bothers Ja even slight outside of Wiggins and I don't trust Wiggins at all to be consistent against him. I expect Ja to average 35 a game unless GSW comes up with a radical scheme.

They could send help every time but he'll find the shooters. Though i do wonder what Bane has left to offer. He's not the same out there with the bacc injury

I def wonder about the severity of that injury but he's def a dog so I wouldn't risk leaving him open as a strategy. With Jokic out my only guys left are Ja and Jimmy so I'm hoping Bane can still contribute.

facts

the main issue for Golden State is they have no Big Man presence on offense or defense. Players like Ja/Kyrie/Bron will finish at the rim all day if you don't have anyone inside to deter them.

shyt, Memphis scoring in the halfcourt with ease. Ja looking unstoppable in the halfcourt breh. And with GPII out, it's going to be even harder to stop him.

They just letting him isolate, giving him space to pull the 3... He doesn't seem like the type to fade either. He's been showing out every 4th quarter since the Minny series

The thing that's been hurting Memphis the most so far is all the offensive rebounds they giving up. It'll be interesting to see how that goes when Adams comes back.

Iggy didnt "stop" Lebron in the Finals but he got MVP because he lessened the damage. If we didnt have GP2 in game win 1 then Ja might have had a better angle to hit that game winning layup attempt. Little nuances like that adds up in a series.
