What speaks volumes to me is that Dan Bilzerian was at this concert and caught in the Vegas shooting running for his life. Everyone knows Dan Bilzerian is a known gun collector and can be seen on youtube shooting up cars and all types of ridiculous shyt with his guns and yet at that concert he was just as helpless as everyone else. That massive gun collection couldn't save him in a tight situation because you can't even bring those types of weapons in public places like concerts. I think it truly speaks to the point that no one should really be able to have these types of weapons, period.

As a gun owner. I agree 100%. This is overkill (no pun intended)
she's earning that paycheck with those crocodile tears
It's really sad becuz she could have legit been distraught but this administration is so full of shyt most of the times that I feel like I have no choice but to feel this way.

The article is comparing apples and eggs.

Airlines don't want plane crashes. It's bad for business. It only took one crash to help sink the concord. Commercial airline crashes are also rare. Automobile crashes happen everyday but you don't see the government investigating. Alcohol related deaths happen all the time. You don't see the government investigating.

We like to cherry pick how we want people to die. There always have to be a hero and a villain. At the end of the day, humans are destructive creatures. If he didn't have a gun he would've found another way to kill people. I'm all for gun controls but the industry makes too much money for it to be stopped.

If airlines could spend significantly less on safety measures and deal with a slight increase in crashes, you don't think they would?:usure:

These are the same people that oversell planes in order to get an extra buck. The money they'd save by cutting corners on the would be worth dealing with a few more crashes and near crashes. They don't care about people just the bottomline. Thankfully, we don't allow that, and have an independent body determine appropriate levels of safe operation.

And the government DOES investigate automobile crashes, and takes action thereafter. If the car is faulty, they may go after the manufacturer. If it's human error, they may take other actions (like change speed limits, add traffic controls, ban underage drivers from holding a phone, limit the amount of time a truck driver can be on the road, etc.)

Much respect to her...but nobody runs into their job like that...she definitely got a bunch of "hey uhh...we have an emergency we need you right now" calls

Cacs getting guns overnight expressed via ups? :damn:
Those gun shows are wild..
If you have the opportunity, just go and see what I’m talking about..
Got a Vietnamese homeboy that has a vault filled with shyt, plus a garage filled with shyt..
He owns a gun licensing/shooting range business..
Business for him has not slowed down at all..
I wouldn’t doubt they do get that fedex, ups overnight shipping..

Be a CAC and kill 58 and be referred to by the media as "roaming gambler" "love music"

"He’s just a guy who played video poker and took cruises and ate burritos at Taco Bell."
:patrice: Savage behavior eating that trash
"A roaming gambler retired near the Vegas music scene he loved - then shattered it for everyone."

making it seem like the plot of some damn heartfelt movie :mjlol:

They always romanticize these "lone wolf" shooters. And we know why

Just got talking to people I know that live and work on the strip. The news is NOT telling us the full story. They're covering up shyt

Cops and FBI have been getting threats on Vegas for weeks now apparently. Paddock was checking into hotels all over the strip planning this out for weeks. And some shyt went down at the Tropicana Saturday night where they found some guns in a room that were also found in Paddocks room at the Mandalay

Not sure if this was said or not, but why didnt the shooter use a silencer? You think he would, but to be honest, hearing those shots without a silencer from the recordings is eerie as fukk, the sound of pure terror, much more impactful than from a silencer i guess was his motive
:dahell:This real life not a video game or a movie...."silencer" on a high powered rifle is still loud as fukk
  • Library whisper – 30 db
  • Emergency vehicle siren – 115 db
  • Silenced .22 rifle – 116 db
  • Thunder – 120 db
  • Silenced 9mm pistol – 125 db
  • Dish breaking – 129 db
  • Jackhammer – 130 db
  • Silenced .223 rifle – 134 db
  • Silenced 12 gauge shotgun – 137 db
  • Jet taking off – 150 db
  • Non-silenced 12 gauge shotgun – 160 db
  • Non-silenced .223 rifle – 165 db
