The point is that you're either really fukking stupid, and you don't get why your threads are dumb OR you're such a shyt poster that you'd rather make a retarded thread than not make one at all

Either way, you've become a fukking embarrassment over this last few years.

No. When its some minor shyt like pissing in an alley and being a registered sex offender:stopitslime:Absolutely.

But if your ass was bout it bout it when you did the crime, wear them stripes. No matter where the fukk you came from or what your circumstances, there were other people who lived the same life and didnt go down the same road you did, or cut the bullshyt before they got caught.

A lt of shyt follows us for life, and no, some criminal shouldnt feel they get special privileges. You serve. Model now for "reasons you shouldnt be doing mad illegal shyt".

You make some retarded posts sometimes.

Answer is no. If they've been to prison for whatever, the record proves that they're either unreliable and or dangerous.

Ya, the whole point of a "record" is so that if they commit more crimes, their past can be taken into account when deciding on punishment.

There is a course for expunging one's record in those cases where it makes sense.

Silly thread.

your record only matters if they do a bakkground chekk.

you can lie all day to them as long as you knowthey wont run one on you.

but when you're caught, trust you're getting fired BUT only if they can find out within the first 3 months
after that you can sue if they fire you ONLY because you lied on your application.. or i was told so. :shaq2:

I don't think he's referring to the judicial system, because you can't erase shyt from your jacket when it comes to them..... I believe he's referring to simple background checks for employment and shyt like that

If that's the case, the question should be "should checking of criminal records be permitted for employment" not whether or not they should wiped out once you serve your time.

Doesn't most felonies get taking off people records after 7+ years anyway?

The only ones that always stays are like murder and rape.

Depends on the circumstances but after awhile, like 10 years or so, most minor felonies and misdemeanors should be cleared like a traffic record.

You make some retarded posts sometimes.

A record proves a person was convicted of a crime you clown. They iron of this post

Silly thread.

Court records =/= public records on the judicial side of things. You cant have felonies expunged off of a court record

A person needs a governors pardon to clear a felony conviction

The first poster is a cac so he has an excuse for being retarded. You shouldn't speak on topics when you don't know what you're talking about.
