I'm not even an OSU fan (PSU alum) but it's hilarious how the conversation has shifted:
- beginning of the season: "the SEC is the NFL jr"
- OSU beats #1 Alabama in January: "yeah but Oregon is a different beast"
- OSU destroys Oregon: "yeah but they're not NFL ready"
This reminds me of that video of Serena and Venus Williams' father. The one where he's shytting on the interviewer for trying to make his daughter question her ability.
You have a young man who has shown extreme poise and overcome the toughest competition college football could muster together. But now we want him to play another season, for free, so that we can gather more tape on him?
So that he can be taught how to be a college quarterback? Have you guys not read stories of qb's coming to NFL camp and having to relearn the position all over again? Wouldn't it be better for him to come out now so he doesn't develop those bad habits?
