Yep...I'm sure there's other people with that pack they can fukk with. Why should everybody else be at risk? Not even just fukkin but fighting too, I've been bit in fights by bloody mouth ass nikkas and hand to go get tested for diseases

Only thing is there's no way to implement some shyt like this without it being archaic

There is such a thing as HIPAA. What doctor would violate that to publish a private medical condition to a public database? None.

If HIPAA hypothetically did not exist - most people who may be at risk for AIDS/HIV would simply be too afraid to get tested and published.

Which would bring the epidemic back to mid 80's crisis levels and undo all the progress in prevention and treating that has made.

Terrible idea.
