There is such a thing as HIPAA. What doctor would violate that to publish a private medical condition to a public database? None.

If HIPAA hypothetically did not exist - most people who may be at risk for AIDS/HIV would simply be too afraid to get tested and published.

Which would bring the epidemic back to mid 80's crisis levels and undo all the progress in prevention and treating that has made.

Terrible idea.
Bingo.

You push something into the dark, more people suffer.

The same people saying "NO" to this say "YES" to trans (women) being outted for the public. Lol

I guarantee if this thread was about trans and asked the same question mostly everyone would be on their witch hunt shyt as usual.

But since some of you may be positive or have stds, you feel it's invasive.

:scust:

We probably need that tranny list more than the STD list.

nikkas out here getting all this surgery done and undergoing hormone treatment. This shyt is beyond crazy.

Sounds like a good plot for a distopian SF movie. HIV-infected people are on a database, thus given the moronic thinking of most they end up being marginalized, lose jobs, friends, house, all move into a fukked up ghetto that nobody cares about and that is closed, develop their own parallel society, that somehow gets blamed for everything wrong in the mainstream:ehh:

Uhh I would never want trans women and men outed against their will. Thinking that positive people shouldnt have their status made public doesnt mean im positive or have an std, it just means that some things should only be shared with certain people, like their family and the people they have sex with.
