nikkas really in here saying yes :mjlol:

I would never support such a gross invasion of privacy, and like others said, most people would stop getting tested.

If you're too stupid not to wear condoms with randoms you deserve whatever STD you get.

Put em on blast like sex offenders..ppl with sexual diseases, they sex is offensive to my health.
Meh...its up to us to be responsible and only engage in sexual activities with ppl we trust...whether that trust is built through a long time relationship or a STD test

I remember I shook somebody's hand, while I'm shaking his hand he reveals to me that he's missing fingers. I got startled and was shocked

I wish that old fukker would of disclose with me beforehand but I wasn't paying attention with him waving his hand in my face

Maybe we can give a specific tattoo to those infected. :patrice:

While we're at it, let's also have mandatory paternity tests at the time of birth.

We can build a national database of deadbeats.

That's a pretty good idea. :ehh:

The same ppl calling this an invasion of privacy, would be the same ppl calling for Trans to be publicly labeled inorder to avoid confusion.... so miss me with that,

Yes and No. No overall because that would open the flood gates and theres no reason anyone should be fukking someone without knowing their status. Theres no excuse now because they sell HIV kits and condoms in the same aisle of the store. However I feel like if a person with an STD is caught twice exposing someone to theses diseases, they should be exposed to the public, pic in the paper with a list of their diseases. HIV/AIDS is a different story they should be exposed the first time they expose someone without telling them.t I think they used to do that with DUI some places, they wouldn't expose someone until they were a repeat offender.

where did I personally make that argument?

I see no point in that either. Now if you go to bed with someone and they find out you're a man and get mad I also think you're at fault. But I don't need a centralized database personally to know who likes to pretend to be the opposite sex. That is your business and is also an unnecessary invasion of privacy.

Didn't know we had so many budding fascists on this board. Interesting.

There are already laws against purposely exposing people to HIV. You can be arrested if you don't disclose and what you said will naturally happen since arrest records are public records.

However you guys seems to be really focused on the extremes and exceptions. I'm willing to bet most people with HIV want to manage their disease and feel normal and healthy and aren't some vindictive angry at society person trying to spread the disease. Why should that person walk around with a scarlet letter for the rest of their lives and not be entitled to medical privacy like everyone else.
