I think this is a step in the right direction. It's one of the reasons I was always put off by M&Ms (besides the fact that they're loaded with sugar). I always wondered what the effects would be, on young women, after seeing the green M&M being paraded around in such a lascivious manner. If it were a situation that allowed for her to express her sexuality in a way that she saw fit then that would be a different story, but to impose such a sexual persona onto her sent a questionable message about what it is to be female. The new design does look much more relaxed and at peace with itself. This is a good thing!
