I just will never have 100% trust in batteries to not go down on me in the middle of a haircut, which is something you don't want to gamble with lol. Plus you'll never really know their actual health, so their ability to cut through your hair will slowly diminish over the years even when they're fresh off the charger. This means having to go over spots repeatedly to get it even along with the blades getting stuck and pulling out pieces of your hair.
Helps them cut closer. Not really a mandatory step unless you're trying to fade or cut very low. I 'skin fade' my neck and sides, which is why I do it.
LOL now that I decided to follow the Lord and grow my hair out. I've been getting more female attention. The rona got errythang shut down. I'd prefer a righteous woman from God and get married.
