I had sleep paralysis a few months ago. I was laying on my stomach so it wasn't as bad but, I could think and see, I just couldn't move a muscle. I believe in God but I am more spiritual than religious. When you get into religion things tend to become dark and painful at many points, you end up trying to conform instead of being the unique individual that God put you on this earth to be.

I've always heard notions that when you die, your consciousness gets put on pause until the actual shyt (Judgement Day) happens, so it's like the minute you die the transition from alive to dead to Judgement day is like seconds regardless of how long you been dead before it happens.
