So i gotta choose between these two for where i wanna move this summer to work. its the same job/pay regardless of where i go. (Id get more for maryland to offset the higher cost of living) So far im thinkin:

San Antonio Pros: Warm weather, lower cost of living, nice city with everything i would need, close to other big texas cities..

Maryland: Im an east coast dude, close to friends and family in jersey (where im originally from), big east coast cities all close by..

I know i dont know MUCH about these places yet, i have been to them briefly and liked both though.. i just dont know about the people, nightlife, social life, any intricacies that come with the places etc.. Im 23, dominican, got a puerto rican wifey and 2 year old son.. i want to buy a house, but real estate is super expensive in the DC metro area compared to texas.. and im currently livin in hawaii which is alright, and i can stay as well as move to georgia which are other options but i dont want to do either of those atm..

any input brehs? :ld:

The cost of living isn't the same in those 2 locations even if the pay is the same. Unless your in the military, I would choose somewhere that isn't going to cost an arm and a leg.

If you an East Coast dude like that San Antonio will take some getting used to but the living is comfortable. I was just there for AIT. The hispanic females are nice and there are plenty of them. Food is hella good aswell. You being an east coast dude will never FULLY feel at home but you will be comfortable. People are nice there too.

Real Estate and rent is high in Maryland. I think about leaving this state all the time because of the expensive housing (a lot bad and stupid drivers too in this state).

San Antonio is wack for a young single dude. Now if you are already married its not a bad place to raise a family
