It's a relevant point because that reinforces my argument; that having a wealthy parent does not mean that you are better equipped to raise a child...which is in large part the argument that other posters have made and that I am arguing against.

Ludacris has not proven or has any history of raising a child. The only thing that saved him was the fact that the woman made him look better than he was because she is a complete train wreck and the fact that he is recently married.

He is trying to avoid child support...had he cared about the person he had sex with (one can assume unprotected) he would have quickly known that this is not someone to get involved with in the first place.

I suspect that the decision made by the court is conditional or can be changed...and that this womam will do all that she can to get at least partial custody of this child and considering how old the child is...she may have a case.
