I don't see that happening. Not the biggest political follower though so who knows.
The need for people to fukk more responsibly goes without saying, but you can't really legislate that. I'm not emotionally attached either way, so I'm def not bytching about the world being unfair -- I just see the merit of having a legal abortion option on the table.

right this very minute Texas has a case before the supreme court that would effectively close all but 2 abortion clinics in the entire state. we have 30 million people here.
numerous other states are pushing anti abortion laws that effectively outlaw abortion in their states.
depending on who fills Scalias seat its entirely possible that there would be a rollback of roe v wade.
this "legal abortion" is nothing more than a dream and a wish for men who still want to go raw with whomever wherever.

Yes. But the man should pay for the abortion. If he has a second situation say within 3 years of the first, he needs to pay a fine. Not no small fine either, an income-based garnishing of his checks (10%?) for 6 months. The next one within 3 years, a 50% increase on his fine in both wages garnished and time it's garnished.
So for the irresponsible dudes out there who abuse the law, rappers/ballers and average dudes alike, by their 4th slip-up they're giving up a third of their salary for a year.
