Most benefits women receive are for the child and because she is the primary caregiver once the baby is going to be born. There is no government assistance for abortion. When dead beats come up with excuses yes because there is a child here. The mother is baring the consequences she is caring for the child. She carried the child. Its more likely that women would simply be pickier about who they let nut raw. Or will force the financial burden on to single males through taxation thereby incentivizing marriage....
