Those are answers to lack of opportunity and resources. Not all suburbs are nice but I'm assuming we're talking about privileged blacks. So trapping and all around hood activity should be frowned upon for a suburban dude. Yes he should be called out.

Shout outs to goofballs in the thread thinking it's van achievement to live in a majority white area with high rates of opiate abuse and/or murder of vulnerable populations.
1.all black people in the inner city aren't poor.
2.MOST people living in basic suburbs are nowhere near rich. Most of the folks living in the better suburbs are.
The basic ones are the most hype, with all them oil slicks and slapdash mchouses falling apart. 2 story 3.5 bedrooms identical to every other Dominion Home on that block...then the motorcycles come, followed by big trucks and cars with visible motor parts, super loud...oh, you didn't know the poor whites qualify for section 8?

Smartest folks have somebody posted up in those small cac towns around the suburbs, since that's where all the money is.
More cacs do opiates, that's the main drug of choice now. More of them live in suburban and rural areas.
Why would nikkas who live next to that go out of their way to compete with nikkas...to sell drugs to urban white trash and old black people...and Latinos in an unfamiliar hood area with more likelihood of robbery?

the biggest difference I see between suburb and hood nikkas is how quickly a hood nikka is to start hating on somebody else

I don't know what you mean by the social issues thing, but it's rarely people in the hood making changes out here, so I don't know where else it could be coming from. Other than white people.

The hood has it's own problems. Those problems are used as a scapegoat by suburban Breh AND cacs.

Why is there a distinction anyway? Most suburban cats are only a generation or two removed from the city. Probably still go to church in the city, visit grandma and grandpa in the city and got cousins posted up on the block. Folks move to the burbs typically for schools, safety, and little leg room.
