I don't feel bad for him in the least bit, he thought he could come into the NBA and just rise to the top because of his business acumen. He went over the heads of his front office and picked a player they didn't want and he had zero understanding of the game![]()
Malcolm Gladwell kinda schooled me a few weeks back on Simmons podcast.
Put yourself in his shoes. Before you really had a handle on the league.
We all think we could do better than him in his shoes in his circumstance.
He didn't know shyt about the modern day NBA. Bought a team that was trying to move. And inherited a head case. He never trusted the people he hired.
He's a legit rookie in this game.
There isn't much of a learning curve for a new owner especially those with no experience.
He's made awful decisions. God awful. And in the end he will pay for them. I actually hope he doesn't sell and learns from his mistakes.
I don't think he moves Boogie out of fear of what it makes him look like to the public.
So that's part of why I don't really feel too badly for him, as much as he's fukking up he gets to do some shyt I need NBA 2k to help me emulate
