He isn't the problem.
You trade away Cousins...you're gonna have to trade away all the other players on the roster because none of them are worth building around. That's for damn sure.

Because while he's their best player he doesn't win them games, a full rebuild means getting back picks a chance to draft a player who can replace him as their franchise.
