If there is enough substantial evidence where they believe she may have committed perjury, go forward with the proceedings and try her.
If circumstances point to clear fabrication for potential personal gain or as an alibi to cover up the fact that a chick is a rat, absolutely.
However, it will cause more women to not come forward, which makes the problem worse. Its a double edged sword cause rape is a hard to prove thing in most instances.
Much as I would like someone to start going upside the heads of the liars and the "regret it so now its rape" broads, that doesn't help the women who are true victims.
Then again, the men that are falsely accused have this follow them forever, losing jobs, friends, family...so they too are victims.
Bottom line, im glad I don't have to decide, cause heads would be rolling if it was up to me.

I think so. It's there overwhelming proof she lied...then yes. Jail time is needed. But it'd have to be no shadow of a doubt.
Their names and faces should be exposed for all to see and also some jail time. It doesn't make sense to falsely accuse someone of rape, destroy their reputation, family and possibly income, and just go about your life with no consequences whatsoever while the other party suffers. Once you're accused of rape, that shyt sticks even if you're found not guilty.

I think the man should get a cash settlement, like $100,000. But here's the catch - the woman who accused him must pay. Monthly payments until it's settled. The man has to get something cuz his reputation is going to be ruined with some of the public no matter what.

She should ether be punished to the fullest extent of the law or she should do as much time as the man would have done had he been wrongly convicted. Women lying about rape ruin men's lives everyday and this can happen to any man, especially poor men.
