absolutely. and if you're apprehensive about giving them passwords it's probably because you've got something to hide.

not at all... and it'll pretty much become a tennis match of opinions... but the want/need to look to me is an offense. If you REALLY trust someone you wouldn't have to keep tabs on'em.

fukk NO

And no, it's not because I have some shyt to hide. It's invasive as fukk and I am the type of person that needs to maintain a sense of independence from all others, including my SO. Last thing I need is her going through all my past shyt or messaging my past girlfriends out of insecurity.

:jawalrus:

It's not invasive if she trusts you. If she's hangin out in your accounts reading shyt and checking up on old bytches then you have bigger problems in your relationship and your privacy isn't one of them. Like i said my wife knows my passwords but I'd be surprised if she ever used them. I have hers and I dont look at them at all, I'm not jealous or worried about what she's doing.

How does this conversation even sound like.....your S/O saying...hey...let me get your password to your email, facebook, and how do you unlock your phone?

What would make someone even ask that? Seriously.

If she doesn't trust me enough where she'd have to look through them, she needs to be out the door anyway.

exactly. i have my guys passwords to everything and i never search his sh*t....only if he ask me to look up something for him do i even touch his phone or laptop. i still respect his privacy. that's why i say if you're apprehensive about giving it to the chick you supposedly love and trust....you're probably doing DIRT.

exactly. if you have to DEMAND it from someone you probably don't trust them and shouldn't be with them anyway.

I agree with this. My wife and I didn't demand each others info, in fact I dont think we've ever talked about it. But I've needed to log on to her accounts for certain reasons and she's had to log in to mine. My password is the same for pretty much everything and her password is my date of birth :yeshrug:

I asked her to check my email when I forgot my phone at home, haven't changed my PW since.

She ordered something from Amazon and told me to check her email for the confirmation to make sure it was the right thing. Her laptop/Nexus 7 are always logged into her email account and I use them :manny:

:snoop: our pw's are all the same for everything, even if she didn't give it to me it would take about 2 attempts before i got in any way. not smart at all from a personal security standpoint but it makes everything a lot easier.
