Shower before bed or after waking up?

During your normal routine going to work in the morning, do you shower the night before, get up then get dressed? Or do you shower after you wake up then get dressed?

Both. I’ll shower in the AM and then go to work during the day and the gym in the evenings. Then I’ll shower again at night
