The only 3 receivers on this list that are doubled covered literally every play are Megatron, Dez, and AJ...
These 3 guys are in a tier by themselves...Seattle is the only team in the league that is even thinking about covering these guys 1 on 1 for even 1 play...
Alshon and Gordon had one good year...and every year there are players who have a a good year...and then disappear...before this year there were plenty of articles calling Alshon a borderline bust...Also with him and Marshall on the same team...one of them is getting single covered...so how can you be a top 10 receiver if you do not even consistently draw the best cornerback on you or even draw two defenders on you?
Andre Johnson is double covered probably 80% of the time...and has never been outside the top 10 in production for a receiver except his rookie year...pretty strange that a guy who is always top 10 in receiving stats somehow is not a top 10 receiver in football...people also need to stop over exaggerating Schaub's perfromance...it was atrocious in the since of the timely picks he threw last year...but before that...statistically...Schaub was a top 8 QB in the league year in and year out...top 8 in passing yards, completions, touchdowns, completion percentage...year in and year out Dre has a ton of catches, Daniels had a ton of catches, Foster had a ton of catches...none of that would happen if Schaub was a terrible QB...
Demaryius has Peyton throwing to him...
I'd go Megatron, Dez (his catch to touchdown ratio in the red zone is borderline unbelievable:what???

then AJ...Then Johnson...then who cares...Dez and Megatron numbers are also VERY similiar since the time Dez came into the league...I only give Megatron the edge because he has dumbass Stafford throwing to him...don't think I have ever seen Staffod hit a receiver in stride his entire career...
Andre Johnson puts up numbers similar to Josh Gordon year in and year out...Josh Gordon puts up those numbers one time, and now Gordon is better than Johnson...:gtfoneegah:
