voting would be abused because it puts anyone at risk who doesnt follow the thinking of the majority. just because a bunch of people dont agree with someone elses opinion doesnt mean they should be banned. if they're breaking rules or clearly someone who shouldnt be on here then we do our best to get rid of them.
reporting trolls puts paperwork on them. if i see someone who's been reported a bunch then that contributes to the decision of what the punishment would be. same thing i tell the mods, they should be giving warnings to posters so we know if theres someone with a history of problems. tagging me and brook is not the ideal way to go about reporting things for posters or mods
Couldn't that same argument be used to keep trolls even if the person is universally disliked here? And in the past that has been used to justify why someone who is a known agitator wasn't banned. i.e. LadySimone, KingpinOG, Gigi
