Already 2 mufukkas coughing in this bytch. And another one done sneezed 4 times so it's only a matter of time.

I'm guilty of it but thats cause i never believed in missing a day unless i was on my death bed. Thats why i had perfect attendance in high school.

They should just tell people in advance they sick and to stay away from them. Basic manners.

"So we heard that you were telling your team that they should leave and take their sick time"

"Yeah if they are sick they should"

"Well sick time is a voluntary benefit, you aren't allowed to tell people they have to go home unless they've broken a policy"

"It was a suggestion" "I don't want them to get anyone else on the floor sick"

"Well make sure you aren't telling people they SHOULD go home, offer it to them"

When I got back on the floor it was some loud ass intentional cacoughing
