but sheesh, her grandparents need to teach her a little more about the "struggle"
the plight that she carries with her skin color...not that she has to be bigoted or hate whites but instill some pride in her to LOVE herself and her skin/hair/height...all of that...

She's in a world where she has to move thru and downplay her "blackness" but PRIDE in herself and her "people" wouldn't let it go but so far...I'm scared that she views the "normal" AA as "ghetto" and "poor"

That her surroundings and fame have insulated her from what the "real" world is. She sees the negative comments about Gabby D and they look at AA as "the problem" instead of just a few idiots who can't control themselves and don't speak for us as a whole...


Being around cacs as much as I'm sure she is has definitely shaped her views and outlook
