Can’t we argue that she thought she could just push through it (like many people wanted her to) until midway through a routine, while 15 feet in the air during the Olympics, she realized that it wasn’t going to work?She didn't have to go though or participate in any of the Olympics that she did. She wanted the bread, money and glory that comes from performing at the Olympics and chose to go even when it was obvious that she wasn't into doing so.
The Olympics aren't an obligation regardless of how people try and spin it. Hell sports in general aren't an obligation regardless of the money that comes from it![]()
Considering her accomplishments, I’m willing to bet that she is just as shocked that this is happening to her and is confused about what’s going on. If anything, we should probably look at her track record and give her the benefit of the doubt
