Ah, I see what they did here. Nonetheless, I still feel the amount of guns circulating around this country is far too high so I'm for tighter regulation restricting (not barring) access.

Umm nah. In reality, they are circulating around areas where Liberals have barred blacks from protecting themselves in Urban areas. This how the gangs are dominating the districts with violence. Gun-free zones in Urban Areas, yet the gangs roam free with weapons.

I know I'm about to get hate for this, but until Americans stop saying guns aren't the problem and insist on freedom of ownership, this will continue. Look at Europe and compare gun crimes in proportion. I've never had to worry about getting shot when I'm on the street, or drivebys.

Smoking is a problem, Drinking and Driving is a problem , Car accidents are a problem, Wars are a problem, Poverty is a problem, Racism is a problem. Now you decide why you want to get rid of guns over these.

none of these are designed to kill, except for guns. car accidents, are just accidents, not accidental. poverty is an issue that takes concerted global efforts to eradicate. war is a result of stupid decisions and bad leadership. racism is the same. alcohol and tobacco are legal because everyone wants to relax, and the governments need their tax.

people always quick to point out completely different issues and associate them with gun control, but never acknowledge the problems it creates.
gun culture is so embedded, you can't even fathom no guns.

It's comments like yours that keeps guns in circulation and the deaths consistent. say what you want, but stat's don't lie.
Here in Hong Kong we have a handful of gun crimes a year, out of over 7 million people. Contrast that figure to one US state, let alone the country.

yes I agree just look at Australia, in 1996, they banned video games, anti-psychotic prescription drugs, Hollywood movies and mental illness, not one mass shooting since then. wake up America.:stopitslime:
:umad:you forgot the most important part... :sas2:

they took away their guns :shaq::troll:

Seems like there are some mental illnesses that need to be addressed, not so much access to guns because after guns go away, do maniacs stop wanting to hurt people in schools. Then what happens, stabbings. I mean the bigger issue here friend is why are kids killing for seemingly no reason.

Its so demonic, friends.

Exactly. But braindead liberals feel kids are committing mass murders because guns just happened to be nearby. Completely ignoring the fact guns have been legal in the country since its inception, yet these mass murders are a relatively new phenomenon.

Europe is a very different nation at a very different point in its evolutionary cycle than America. America inherently is a very violent nation filled with citizens that lack any concern for their fellow countrymen. Law enforcement regularly kills its citizens for minor infractions, and the judicial system is quick to ruin the lives of countless individuals (especially minorities) for the smallest of infractions. Much of this isn't the case in countries outside of America.

I would be doubtful the average black man feels that the police department is concerned with their personal well being. Guns are an important tool in this society to ensure that your personal rights aren't casually infringed upon, either by the government or another "citizen."

Don't over exaggerate my point to destabilize and discredit my argument. Of course I know it's not some battlefield, but when I beef with someone it's fists or knives, never guns. While it isn't bad enough to warrant martial law or anything like that, the risk is still there. In every country I've lived in, no places of education have been assaulted by armed individuals ON A REGULAR BASIS. The fact of the matter is that you are directly providing both sane and insane people with the most efficient means to kill. I understand the desire to defend oneself and one's family, but if no one had guns, less lives would be lost. No one can deny that.

People will say, "but if we enact stricter laws, the law-abiding will suffer while the criminals are free to remained armed!!"
Well, reap the seeds you have sown. If the staggeringly high amount of projectile weapons in current circulation wasn't allowed in the first place, coupled with distrust of authority, government and fellow man, this stupidass problem would be so pressing in the first place.

But, people will always find something to argue in their favour. Let more and more people die. That's not my problem. In fact, With an increasing population, so too increases the number of guns. it's not my country that has a gun problem.

Yeah, you're right. Europe is more advanced in its evolutionary cycle. It is generally more fair, more just, less racist, and stand more united as separate nations.
Black people have always been mistreated throughout American history, but I feel that it is the mistrust of both the black community and law enforcement towards each other that fuels the vicious, neverending cycle.
The notion of using projectile weapons for defense as an absolute end to disputes (in some cases obviously, not all, lest my words be twisted again) needs to change. Guns are glorified in music, films, games and other types of media, and while even I fall for that (call of duty used to be my shyt), guns in general need to be controlled. Note: controlled, not eradicated.

relax it was sarcasm. I'm all for more gun control and so are the majority of the people in the country. the problem is we lack the political will. the rest of your points have already been said in this thread except maybe that bullshyt about europe.
