I supported Warren for President, but I don't want her as Biden runner mate. It is a bad idea to have a candidate and the running mate to be over seventy. I don’t think she bring much to the table politically. She came in third place in her own state, and got blown out in her birth state. She is not going to bring along any disgruntled Bernie supporters. I like Warren but I really don’t know what political advantage she gives you. I would rather see her as Treasury Secretary, or at the CFPB.

Also, it is not surprising that Bernie is not backing her. They been beefing for about a half of year now.

She brings well thought out policy messaging. Biden has some decent policies and some good ones, but the rollout has been poor to say the least.

Warren has a large donor base that she can blast policy out too very well.

There's a noticeable difference between the Warren fundraising and update emails I get and Biden's which to be frank are cringeworthy.

Yea, that's whatever. I never really expected him to be a part of any VP discussion if we're being honest.

She still wouldn’t be my choice but I understand your reasoning. Warren definitely can clearly communicate policy objectives. The Biden campaign desperately need help with that. I just can’t get pass two candidates in their 70s. I also think her talents would be better utilize at treasury or the CFPB. She would be a monster in those positions. She would of been a monster as president to:mjcry:
She needed better campaign advisors

She's an excellent pick to unify the party. Her only perceived weakness is Trump but she'll be debating Haley when Trump throws Pence in the bushes.

I don’t think she’ll unify the party. Liz warren doesn’t have stans. Everybody started liking her For president within the past year.

True Biden fans donated to the “run joe run” campaign in 15’-16’.

Isn't the obvious thing that Mass has a Republican governor. Or does Mass just have a special election for that?
Why we shouldn't worry about Elizabeth Warren's Senate seat (if she's picked for VP)

...filled by Republican Gov. Charlie Baker on an interim basis until a special election filled the seat for good within five months of the vacancy—so March 2021. Given that a 50-50 Senate is well within reach, this would give Republicans control of the chamber for roughly two to three months into the Biden administration.

That’s the state of the current law.

I emphasize “current” on purpose. Democrats hold a veto-proof majority in the state legislature. The balance of power is comical—34-4 Democratic in the state Senate, 126-31 in the state House.

They aren't beefing now though

This and she isn't going to bring any votes to the ticket. Progressives are not feeling her, she preformed poorly in the primaries and as VP she would be going on humanitarian/diplomacy trips to places the president doesn't want to go not crafting legislation.
