It's not really a great tool though. Most communication is non-verbal. Why not just use meetup.com to meet groups of like minded people in person? That gives you a chance to feel people out safely with NO expectation of any interpersonal interaction.Apps open up your options, why limit yourself if great tools are available?

I just bushed okc for that, all the gay girls I matched with on there are white and mulatto newblack typeshmmm I've used okc, okay I guess.
I feel like I was a white chick id have more success on there lol.

Tried POF, Skout
Met this puerto rican chick off skout one time, took her to a bar, didnt even order a drink yet and the owner came out and said she aint suppose to b in there cuz of a fight, she denied, said she never been to this bar before
Left her there while she was arguing with management![]()
Sounds like an amazing evening. That's what I am trying to get to the bottom of. It has been a long year and thousands of hours of research so far. It's not really a great tool though. Most communication is non-verbal. Why not just use meetup.com to meet groups of like minded people in person? That gives you a chance to feel people out safely with NO expectation of any interpersonal interaction.
Which would you trust more? A woman you met at a bookstore or some woman catfishing on social media?
I think that online dating is like 800-p*ssy.
It's there for getting laid.
But for quality, you need to have things in common. Shared interests are a good starting point.
I don't go to meet ups to get a date, BUT if I go to a meetup with equal numbers of men and women and I meet men and women who are physicians, attorneys, engineers, etc., who care about the things I care about, isn't it easier to form friendships and get to know people?
No one is there looking to get laid and if you're amongst a group of peers who are accountable to each other, that's way better than a random hookup.
It's important to have context and cues about people's character.
You just can't get that online.
why? Maybe I'm missing somethingas a black man, i refuse to touch online dating. especially in my area.![]()
What was the most messages you ever received from someone after you declined? Did it bother you to a point in where you stopped using the app?Tired of being harassed when I decline people, yes. Tired of people out of my area messaging me, yes.
Otherwise the experience is nice, I enjoy a good convo
How long did you talk to her online before meeting?Tried POF, Skout
