I'm sorry but being male and having black skin is not going to garner my automatic sympathy, defense, & assumption of your innocence.
Of course the coli is going to defend him.
That's not why he's being defended.
An rational person would look at Nates career and realize that 17 years has past. That in all of this time and previous films he's made, there was never a dust up of this magnitude.
So then one would gather, why now?
And he was found innocent... why now the hoopla? If you are a rational person you'd then begin to place things into contex. Suddenly the pot of information you have stinks.
A rational person would then give pause and step away from the stinky pot.
A Court of Law said Nate Parker was innocent of the charges against him, so why are you still babbling about crimes Nate Parker didn't commit at 12 am (eastern time)? This is like me having a debate about You getting charged for Robbery yet the court of law said you are innocent. It's idiotic.
So long story short you enjoy rambling about imaginary what if scenarios.

No, I answered questions that were asked. I didn't come in this thread when it was made because I had already been in a thread about this situation. I came in this thread after being tagged and I subsequently answered questions that were asked. ALL of my posts have been in response to direct questions. So what the fukk are you talking about?

Show me where I asked why people are defending Nate. I actually said, it's very typical for men to defend other men in this situation because they aren't typically victims of rape. My general response has been more power to you when someone said "oh well, I will support him anyway.
Second, I never said that I thought he was innocent. I said that his case wasn't cut and dry given the circumstances and, even now, a jury could have a difficult time convicting beyond a reasonable doubt. I also said I don't think the girl would have pressed charges in the second guy wasn't involved.
Third, not guilty is not the same thing as innocent.
And finally, I answered your question. You just didn't like the answer.
